The selected canidate will be able to sell New and Pre-Owned cars by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, features and benefits of makes and models from across the industry; the selected candidate will develop and qualify buyers; and most importantly close deals. We are looking for someone that will work hard and work fast in an ever changing automotive environment. Primary responsibilities include: greet and offer assistance to customers, assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best suits their needs, demonstrate features and benefits of all products sold, offer test drives to all prospects, high level commitment to customer satisfaction, and driving referral business through positive word of mouth. - Outstanding communication skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Great attitude with a high-energy personality. Superior customer service skills. Auto sales experience is a plus but not a requirement - we will train the right person. High School diploma or the equivalent. Valid Drivers License.
